Lily had an amazing first time going to trick or treat. Her friend, Anna, came over and we all went around the block together. At the first house-our next door neighbor- Lily found out she got things with wrappers , but was very confused as to why we were going to someone's door and not going in. She walked up to the door like a pro, but to leave I had to pick her up and she started to scream. She got over this quickly when she found out we got to walk up to another house! She continued to walk up to houses all by herself, but needed a little help to grab the candy and then leave. She started to get the hang of it after a few houses though. She had her little pumpkin bucket for her candy and no one was allowed to take this from her. I tried to take it once and got the look of death as she clung to it. We then went back home and had a party until 10 pm! We figured with daylight savings time we better keep her up late. It was such a fun night!
